Rodney & Belinda Henderson
Background
Pastor Rodney has a bachelor’s in economics from the University of Georgia, a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary, and is currently completing a Ph.D. in Christian counseling.
Pastors Rodney and Belinda have ministered in the area of healing and deliverance for over 20 years. They have seen success in bringing freedom to those in all forms of bondage.
Ministry Works
1996
Pastors Rodney and Belinda planted a church in the Atlanta, Georgia area with a vision and track record of high impact in the community.
2004 - 2014
They were called by God to be part of the leadership team at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City. Pastor Rodney served as the Vice President of the International House of Prayer University, focusing on student affairs. He also served as the Vice President of the international department and established five diverse missionary communities.
During this time, Pastor Rodney and Belinda also traveled around the globe for their missions work in countries such as South Korea, India, Malaysia, Myanmar, Brazil, Mexico, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Honduras. They also spoke at various conferences and churches to minister to pastors and leaders.
2014 - Current
Pastor Rodney and Belinda move to Tampa Bay, Florida where they started their two-pronged ministry:
Sweetwater, a Christian community to nurture and develop local communities in faith, and
Mending the Heart ministry, a restoration and transformation outreach program that focuses on raising up leaders and providing healing to those who need restoration.
